📈 Investment Process at Bastani Holding
1.Initial registration and submission of information
First, idea owners or teams submit their initial project information to us via a dedicated form or email.
🔸 This includes: team introduction, idea or product description, current development status, and financial or partnership needs.2.Initial Review (Pre-Screening)
The Bastani Holding review team evaluates the project based on its alignment with the ecosystem, target market, technology, and growth potential.
⏱️ Estimated time: 3 to 5 business days3.Presentation Meeting (Pitch Meeting)
If initially approved, a meeting is held with the founder or project team to deliver a full pitch presentation (Pitch Deck).
🔍 Our focus is on: competitive advantage, revenue model, team experience, and scalability potential.4.Technical and Financial Evaluation (Due Diligence)
At this stage, a more in-depth review is conducted:
• Market and competitor analysis
• Evaluation of technical infrastructure or prototype
• Estimation of capital requirements and expected returns📂 An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) may be signed to ensure confidentiality.
5.Defining the Collaboration Model
Based on the nature of the project, the collaboration model will be determined:

• Financial Support in Exchange for Revenue Sharing (Revenue Share)6.Contract Signing
